Filling out your weekly Timesheet

Your timesheet must be filled in at the end of each week to show what projects and departments you have spent your hours on. Every member of employee is required to fill it in whether they are contractors, full-time or part-time staff. You can access the link to the Timesheet page on the homepage of SharePoint and here.

In this video, we’ll cover how to:

  • Fill out your timesheet

  • Choose the correct project code

  • Choose the correct sub-project code

  • Use the ‘How was your week'?’ Emoji selector

Additional Information

  • You can fill out your timesheet during the week as you work on different projects and click ‘Add entry’.

  • You must only click ‘Submit Timesheet’ at the end of each week, once you have filled out each day. The deadline for submitting your timesheet is every Monday at 10:00am.

  • You can put in a weekly reminder in your calendar to notify you each week to fill your timesheet out.

  •  If you don’t see the project you are working on in the drop-down list, please email Leeanne Clifford to get it added in or for any other queries.
