Using the
Competency Management System (CMS)
The CMS has been developed to measure and track your skills, knowledge and understanding across different competencies. It’s a useful tool to identify any training gaps, track your continuing professional development and notify you when any of your external passes/permits are going to expire.
In this video, we’ll cover how to:
Navigate through the different competencies
Add a new completed training course
Score yourself across three different levels
Additional Information
The CMS must be filled in within the first few months of employment at Firstco.
The CMS must be updated each time you complete a new training course.
The CMS must be updated when you receive a new external site pass/permit.
