Saving your files onto OneDrive

 We use OneDrive to save and share all our documents unless they are saved directly to SharePoint.

Don’t worry, you don’t need to install OneDrive as this will already be on your PC but you can download the app for your mobile so that you access your files on the move.

Search ‘OneDrive’ on your PC search bar to get started. You will need to use your Microsoft Account to log in.

Once you’re logged in, you can start creating your folders and saving documents.

  • Downloading the app onto your laptop/desktop/mobile

Additional Information

  • You must save all your files to your OneDrive so it is automatically backed up and accessible across all your devices.

  • Project related documents must only be saved on SharePoint under the project folder.

  • Any documents which are saved directly on your PC are not backed up, so it is important to always save them on your OneDrive folder.
