To set up the Two-factor Authentication, you will need to use your personal mobile number to receive the code which is sent you via SMS.
As well as using Outlook on your internet browser, you can also use it on your desktop client by searching for the Outlook app on your list of apps.
You can also download the Office apps onto your mobile so you can use them on the go.
